HOW TO REGISTER FOR SEATRU VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Please prepare the following before you register for our volunteer program!

1. Please read and understand the eligibility, activities, and itineraries before proceeding with the registration!
2. A copy of your NRIC or Passport (in .jpeg, .jpg, or .png format)
3. A copy of your Student Card for Malaysian Student volunteer (in .jpeg, .jpg, or .png format)
4. Indemnity Form (in .pdf format). Download here
5. Complete registration fee

Follow these step-by-step guidelines to ease your registration process with our new automated system!

1. Choose your slot carefully!

Before you choose your slot, please check the availability of your desired dates first. Once a time slot is registered, the available slots for that week will reduced by one (15 total slots are available each week). Once chosen, registered slot CANNOT be changed!

2. Please provide your FULL NAME , no nicknames allowed!

3. Nationality

For Malaysian volunteers, please upload clear photos of your NRIC. As for international volunteers, you need to upload a copy of your passport. The picture need to be in .jpg .jpeg or .png format.

4. Contact Information

If you are working, please state your working position, company name, and company address. If you are a student, please state your institution.

5. Please state if you are allergic to any food

7. Emergency Contact

Emergency Contact is needed in case of emergency when you are volunteering with us. Please provide a working phone number of the person to contact.

8. Choose your t-shirt size

Please choose a T-shirt size that fits you the best following the size chart provided.

9. Donate to us!

We provide the option for volunteers to add a donation to support our cause! All donations go towards helping our sea turtle conservation efforts.

10. Upload a copy of the indemnity form

Volunteers need to upload a copy of the indemnity form before submitting the registration form. Please read and understand the forms thoroughly. Download the form here.

11. Please check your registration detailed before proceeding with payment

12. After you complete your payment, please check your email for a confirmation receipt from Conservation Management Solutions Sdn Bhd.
