Kem SiPenyu is exclusively held for Redang Island children as to enhance their passion towards their heritage, SEA TURTLES! This 2D1N program is for Year 5 in Primary School of Redang Island annually since 1996. During the trip, they learnt valuable lessons and extremely curious when they see a sea turtle in front of their own eyes. They ended with making a pledge to conserve and protect the sea turtles of Redang Island!
Interactive teaching to make the camp more interesting and knowledge sharing more effective and easier for students to understand.
Students will also be given the opportunity to experience the turtle conservation work (on-site training) conducted at the Chagar Hutang Turtle Turtle Sanctuary, Pulau Redang.
SEATRU able to co-organize camps for local and international schools, however it will be upon request and all expenses will be bound by the schools.
